  At 56 years old I finally made it to this great event! Went two days, pork chops yum, kettle corn yum, Trading Post .....excellent bargains and yes it's really a place where you can haggle and visit and have fun. So many families there...you could tell the children felt safe and joyful! I did not know what I'd been missing every year! Mark you calendars!!

  Always a good time . You can tell that the Volunteers put lots of hard work making it a great experience. We will be back. Great value for 8 dollars.

  Come out here for a great display of old farm technology. There's always something going on during their annual Threshermans Reunion. Steam powered saw mill, veneer mill, blacksmith, hit and miss engines, fields of antique tractors on display, and a very large flea market. There's also a miniature train for kids to ride. Check out their flyer online for all the event details. This is one event my family goes to every year!

Central States Threshermen's Reunion

The annual gathering of steam and early gasoline powered agricultural tractors and implements is held in late-Aug-early-Sept. at Threshermen's Park, located just north of Pontiac on Illinois Route 23. The event will be filled with these powerful machines as well as many other attractions.

The two-day affair is held in mid-September.
