Delivered my first child at this hospital earlier this year. My husband, family and I were treated with respect, care and kindness. Every staff member I came in contact with was absolutely lovely. Thank you so very much to the medical professionals involved in my and my newborn's care. You all did everything you could to make this experience a great one!
I had the great fortune to be treated in their ER on 31 July. The entire staff was awesome. I was in a lot of pain and in severe shape. In fact, my family and I were returning from a vacation and were 1/2 home, when my wife called for an ambulance. The nurses and staff acted quickly and their ER Doctor was amazing. They stabilized my pain and prepared me for transport for emergency surgery at OSF. They kept me informed and saved my life. May God Bless the wonderful staff at St. James.
