Costello's Automotive Repair

Amazing service! This was the first time I've been to Costello's. I had a couple issues with my vehicle and Jim took care of those issues and explained the process. I was shocked how low the bill was. I was so happy with the low amount I tried to give the guy a twenty dollar tip after I paid the low bill. The guy wouldn't accept the tip. This Jim guy is the best mechanic. I will be doing all my business relating to vehicles at Costello's from this point forward. Carlinville is lucky to have this auto and tire shop!

We have been using Costello's Automotive for 15 years now and Jim and his staff have never disappointed us. The quality of their work is unmatched and they do it for a fair price! They also don't just throw parts at a problem hoping it fixes it. Jim has always been able to get me in within a few days of when I call and he always does the work when he says he is going to do it. Your vehicle doesn't sit around for days or even weeks waiting for someone to get to it. If you are looking for a reliable automotive shop, Jim and his staff at Costello's Automotive are the BEST!!!

The guys are always super nice and helpful. Ever since I started attending Blackburn 4 years ago, I take my car here if there’s a problem. Being a college girl who knows nothing about cars, they could easily gouge me on the price but they always keep it fair! So grateful to them

The guys over there were very nice and understanding. I had lots of custom work that I needed done. Too my surprise the team seemed intrigued. They were the only ones in a huge radius that were able and willing to do the work I requested. They were very flexible, accurate with the prices, and efficient with the time. I couldn't be happier thanks to the guys over at the shop. I definitely plan on going back.

My 2012 Lexus has always been serviced at Costello's. I had a new set of tires put on the car and he made sure they were exactly what I needed. . Jim is a very honest business owner who takes great pride in his work. Hes such a great man I married him!
