“I purchased a flashlight from this store and was disappointed because it didn’t want to work without being smacked so I brought it back up to them and was given a another one better brand and everything. I have always been happy with the service and use this store quite often as it is close to my home but prefer it over the bigger brand stores as the employees are nice and very helpful with insight on car troubles unlike autozone or orielleys where they are mostly clueless when I ask questions.”

I remember during our first meeting, we were told if (God forbid) something happened during the middle of the night, to not hesitate and call them! Offering up their "off hours" means so much, and we saw that firsthand! When a storm this past May hit our house in the evening, and we had damage, I called Sam well after their normal business hours. He immediately answered and helped walk us through the steps of submitting a claim. (Mind you, this was the first insurance claim we've ever had, so naturally I had plenty of questions.) “I've rented from this company for a couple years now. Before I would hear so bad things but I have to say Now this company is fantastic. Everyone in the office is understanding and kind. The gentlemen that come and fix any problem that pops up and offers advice on other things are wonderful. Tim himself has seen me in random places and always stops to compliment my front yard. I love my big house and fair rent. Close to the school and I can still afford it on my waitress pay. No one randomly stops by, if I have to be a couple days late on rent due to my check it wasn't a problem. I do randomly see a mouse in the house once in a while but it's because of the water source close to my house. But they have given me traps which helped but I finally decided to get a cat and they was totally okay with pets. Will be in my home a long time.”
