The tow truck driver was quick to respond, friendly and very helpful. I was on a rural road and needed a tow home, so was glad Alton Area tow got out to me quickly to remove my car from the shoulder, and I would definitely use them again.

Highly recommend! Thank you for saving my day today. I called roadside assistance through my insurance company because I came out of the dentist office this morning to a dead battery. I didn't have jumper cables nor did anybody else I asked. My insurance company dispatched a different company first.. 2 and a half hours of being stranded, 5 calls to RA and frustration level off the charts, my insurance dispatched this company. Within a minute of me hanging up with RA I received a call from Dave who introduced himself and verified all my vehicle and location information. He was very professional and kind. I highly recommend him.

I have used Alton area towing multiple times. I was hours away from home and they were there within a few hours towed my car all the way to their shop and took me home as well. Every time I’ve called for help they’re right there to help me. I will always use and recommend Alton area towing. I applaud every employee for being so caring and quick with their services!
