  I love coming into this gym, even if it's just to say "hi" I'm guaranteed to be greeted with a smile. Cort is such a great coach and teacher. He always makes class fun and keeps me laughing. Adam is very professional and always makes me feel welcome; both on and off the mat. I would high recommend Alton Family Martial Arts to everyone and anyone of all ages who want to have fun and participate in a great fitness class.

  Coaches are awesome, they always make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Gym is clean and is a great place to get in shape and learn something new

  Alton family martial arts has been great in helping my son progress in learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Their coaches are nice and knowledgeable.

  Alton family martial arts is my new preferred way of working out. Their classes make working out so much more fun. The coaches and members are all very helpful and kind.
  Also They keep things clean and have the softest mats.
  
  I highly recommend Alton family martial arts and fitness to anyone looking to try kick boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or mixed martial arts.

  This gym offers first-class instruction and operation. The kid's class is great for fitness, self-defense, and building confidence. The adult classes are the same. It's a family environment where we roll hard without ego or cliques. It's perfect for both beginner and experienced BJJ practitioners.
