When I called to offer the job he said before we agree to anything he wanted to inspect the issue and make sure he gave me a firm number to do the work. “This is literally the BEST coffee shop in the St. Louis area (and yes I know I'm reaching a little with the St. Louis area thing but I'm telling you it's worth the drive). Always get one of the specialty drinks - they are so inventive and unique and if you have a choice between something named after stars/planets/solar systems and something not, get the stars/planets/solar systems drink - they are extra special. Their coffee beans are super fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is palpable - you'll know what I mean when I get there - it's beautiful and cozy and eclectic.”

“Open 24 hours, this owner must be proactive. It's always quick and cheap and friendly. Easiest thing to say is to look at the prices. You can buy many things online for cheaper I imagine but I hated waiting for a pipe for a month, getting it finally, and it wasn't even the one I ordered. This has happened often with these purchases and I feel the better option is to go to Studio 420, pay the extra 2 dollars on a $75 item and go home happy and pleased.”

He also helped my teenage son make a change to his policy right before the end of business hours and before the start of a three day weekend. Mark could have easily told us we would have to wait until later to make the change but instead he called several people and was able to change the policy for him so he could drive the vehicle he just purchased.
