Very caring and attentive from the moment we arrived. This was my first experience with an emergency vet visit and it went smoothly, the doctor was very informative and personable and didn't talk down to us in any way. All around great experience.
This place saved my Brittany spaniel Lacey’s life- she was struck by a car hunting. They were so fast to give her medical care the minute she arrived. She had to have one leg amputated and to say my dog is happy to be alive is an understatement. They communicated well with our regular vet to get her on pain medication and arthritis treatment. She’s the happiest tripod ever and we couldn’t be more thankful for your life saving services. Can’t say enough how much you all saved her life and I’m really grateful for your hard work
The staff is always nice and helpful and made our experience with putting down our family pets or taking them from us to be cremated very pleasant
It wasn’t too high in cost for an emergency clinic. It’s been the worst night in quite a while for us and a week hasn’t even passed yet. We miss our baby very much. I hear commercials on the tv and think, she was still well and enjoying life the last time I heard that play. We think about her for every little thing. She was a 13 year old chocolate lab and we enjoyed so much life together. Lots and lots of swimming and hiking. We knew her time was coming and because of her age and condition we were going to have to let her go soon. A young lady veterinarian (wonderful bedside manner and doctor) and a male vet tech with long hair were our help for the night and they did such a good job with our good girl. We were able to be with her and hold her and pet her during the process as long as we used our masks. I feel good about everything that went on. We miss you sweetie…I hope your up there playing with your old brother Waylon. Running and jumping like you did when you were young!
