“I had a large branch fall on my roof on a Saturday night. There were three punctures in the roof and the rain started to come in. I contacted Austin on Sunday afternoon and he responded immediately. Told me they would be out first thing Monday morning. We had major storms in the forecast, with rain coming for 13 straight days. Austin was early for our appointment - assessed the damage - and had a crew and supplies here within the hour. His crew patched the holes (as it started to rain) to ensure no further damage. He provided prompt estimates and invoicing to me as well as my claims adjuster. Couldn't have gone smoother. Austin is polite - efficient - and does quality work. Hopefully, I won' t need to use him in the future but I won't hesitate if necessary.”
