Infuzion Fitness

Hands down the best gym experience I have ever had. I am a Yoga Instructor, so the Saturday bootcamp was something out of the ordinary for me, but now I cannot wait to go back for more. I love that Eric guides you through each station and offers ways to use the machines safely and to your personal benefit. I love that he is not yelling at you to go faster, harder, or to push push push. There were many stations with rests on different machines throughout the class. I highly recommend this class for any body type or stage of life, because Eric does a great job and modifying things for you. There are so many different machines and equipment to use, and its very clean and sanitary. Great energy, and it was truly a lot of FUN! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

I have been going here for a few months and have been able to push myself more than I thought I could and have achieved more than I initially set out to, which is incredible. On top of it all, I have LEARNED so much about exercise and structuring workouts, which is highly valuable to me. No matter your goal or inspiration, Infuzion Fitness will get you there.

The classes are intense and challenging for every level and never the same workout twice, whether this is the strength and cardio class, HIRT class or boot camp.

I took my 10 year old daughter for a Mommy & Me fitness class and we both LOVED it! It was so much fun and got us up and moving on a Saturday morning. She keeps asking when the next one is!

Infuzion's group classes are challenging, creative, and affordable. Eric is a wonderful trainer who wants you to succeed. I would highly recommend!
