Thanks to Dr. Pablo, my hip feels so much better! I came in 4 months ago with soft tissue damage to my hip, barely able to walk, and am back to jumping and exercising in a much more mindful manner. Dr. Pablo has prescribed exercises and therapeutic work to heal my hip, helped me realize the importance of mindful movement, and given me tools to boost long term progress! Not to mention, the facility is very clean (totally COVID safe), and Dr. Pablo’s positive attitude makes it a fun time. 5 stars!

I came to Pablo after doing the Couch to 5K running program. I was able to run a 5K after a few months of building up endurance when my hip starting to ache so badly I had to stop. I have several friends that go to Dr. Pablo for a variety of aches and issues, so I decided to give him a call. I’m so glad I did! Pablo not only knows the human body and how it works, he is also a great teacher. He’s taught me over the course of just a couple months what my body needs to stay safe and strong by providing me with some simple exercises that take very little time out of my day that I can do at home. After a couple weeks I was back to running virtually pain free and am now working with Pablo to continue getting stronger and up my running game. When I run now I feel stronger and more centered. How did I run before?? No wonder I got injured. Working with Pablo is one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself! I’m so thankful I didn’t give up running and didn’t take an ache as an excuse to quit. Thank you, Dr. Pablo!!
I reached out to Dr. Pablo after several months of nagging hip discomfort and wanting the ability to move better(ie the deep squat position for myself). Dr. Pablo uses the latest research involving movement and manual techniques as necessary, the key being the movement piece. Even giving and following up on exercises outside of appointment times. Now able to move and ride my bicycle without discomfort I would recommend Dr. Pablo hands down.
