Tried using super new large load washer that is high tech and missed the direction to open the door from the start. Called number supplied on website and Shawn returned my call within minutes. 10 minutes later, he showed up in person to refund what I lost, on a Sunday. Unheard of service! Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Clean, I wished that they had dryers that dries quickly, but over all I liked it

First time for me. Just moved and my washer and dryer were not hooked up yet. I used 2 Queen Speed washers, in the front of the business, but several pieces of clothing got caught under the black vinyl seal and never got washed and it said $3.50 per wash and I ended up putting $4.00 in each. Also, I couldn't stop the washer to pick them out from beneath the black seal. Next time I'll use the queen speed washers in the back, they look newer. Otherwise, the business was clean and I appreciated the rolling baskets.

Nice place, like the 24 hr open, can come in anytime. Clean, limited seating, but that's because it's full of washers and dryers
