Called number supplied on website and Shawn returned my call within minutes. 10 minutes later, he showed up in person to refund what I lost, on a Sunday. Unheard of service! Will definitely be back. (May 28, 2021, 2:21 am)First time for me. Just moved and my washer and dryer were not hooked up yet. I used 2 Queen Speed washers, in the front of the business, but several pieces of clothing got caught under the black vinyl seal and never got washed and it said $3.50 per wash and I ended up putting $4.00 in each. Also, I couldn't stop the washer to pick them out from beneath the black seal. Next time I'll use the queen speed washers in the back, they look newer. Otherwise, the business was clean and I appreciated the rolling baskets.
