(May 1, 2023, 8:21 pm)After all of these years, this place still isn't smart enough to put shades on the front windows to block the several hours of blinding sun flooding the entire dining room.
Little wonder that I was the only one here except for the young woman who found the ONE seat out of the sun.
Not sure that hours of bright sunshine is the right look for a pizza parlor.
Food's pretty good. Soft drinks from the vomit-flavored Freestyle machine. Very good iced tea option.
(April 10, 2023, 7:25 am)First time at any Imo's. It was busy but still got our food quickly. Friendly staff. Somehow the simple cheese pizza was the best out of the three we tried. Didn't care for the wings. Maybe because of the sauce choice (sweet and tangy was my wife's choice).
(February 5, 2023, 3:47 pm)Great customer service experience with Blake. We had a large pickup order and we were running late in picking it up. Upon arrival, it appeared that one of our items was missing.
Was not a huge deal to us as we were not in a rush, however, Blake and his team ensured we would have our order completed shortly.
He went above and beyond and gave us a $20 gift certificate for waiting. Very nice gesture and we were more than happy with that (didn’t have to do anything to begin with). From here he decided to go even a step further and when we were about to leave, he told us they took care of our ENTIRE order. Guy is unreal.
My wife and I aren’t front the area, however, we will be sure to visit this location again because of this interaction next time we’re visiting our friends!
