(December 31, 2020, 11:00 am)Kind of a somber experience honestly. Had a 'visitation to a funeral' kind of vibe. Was pretty giddy to get a new watch after not having one for so long since the invention of the cell phone. Buying a watch or a piece of jewelry is a time of heightened excitement for the customer. The shopkeepers should meet that level of excitement for a truly great experience.

(August 5, 2020, 3:47 pm)Friendly staff, knowledgeable with their craft, and they do right by the customer. I have a citizen eco drive that I hadn't used for several years. It wasn't working & they confirmed that it needed more direct light than what I had it in to power it up. They also did a quick refit free of charge. I appreciate the great service!
