I found this shop when I had my 2005 Jeep TJ, they did pretty much everything on it. I got rid of the Jeep now I have a 07 Dodge 2500. I took it to get some lights put in the full bumper replacement that it has on it. They did on outstanding job, everything from welding the brackets, to getting the wires tied out of the way. They worked with me on a light that would suit my application. I would 100% recommend take your vehicle to them. This shop does work with excellence, if they do not they always seem to make it right.
I have a lifted 3500 Ram with running boards that had vibrated loose from the fantastically smooth roads in OKC. I checked out a few local offroad shops in town and was getting repair quotes of $500.00+ to remove them and install them the “correct way.” My last stop was at 4Wheel Parts in Moore and after a short conversation with the guys at the counter, I could tell that this was my place. They booked me an appointment that fit my schedule and had the issue corrected better than when I got it and it only cost an hour of labor and a small amount of parts. I am not sure if you have a 4Wheel Parts location near your house, but they are definitely worth the drive. I will only be shopping here for all my future needs.
Chris and the OKC Team were great to deal with. Had a hardtop installed on my 2000 TJ and first one didn't fit correctly. They worked through it with the vendor and got my Jeep top right. Beyond happy with their communication and service. We'll done guys. My other jeep will see you soon.
I want to start out by saying I'm very particular about my vehicles and who works on them. The team at 4 wheel parts in particular Mike Hill (shop foreman) and Lance Kenyon (salesman) have taken care of me every time I have come in. They rebuilt the entire front end on my truck from ball joints, u joints, tie rod ends, steering stabilizer, and new shocks. Truck rides like a dream and I couldn't have asked for a better team to work on it. I wish I had the time to do it my self but when I dont I take it to them. I highly recommend the team at 4 wheel parts in Moore OK.
Finally! Competence. I have had my fair share of poor workmanship done on my rig. I had my Tacoma in for some CV and suspension work. The tech's in the shop combed through and not only replaced the CV boots, they cleaned up the threads of a lot of stripped out anchor points from what the other shops messed up. These guys know what they are doing. They also have another tech follow up and double check the work. They dot the i's and cross the t's. The customer service at the front counter is second to none. I'm careful not to name names in an online review but "L" behind the counter and "Indy" who worked on my truck are the best I've come across in this business.
Friendly, caring service. Left the store with hearing aids in one visit. My hearing was restored at an unbelievable low price. I couldn't be more satisfied. I am hearing things I have not heard for 20 plus years. Thank you for what you do, Rodney.
