I came in because my glasses recently broke and I didn’t have a warranty on them so I was just going to pay out of pocket… every single person in there was so welcoming and kind, after they got done fixing my glasses she told me there was no charge and it was on them.. it’s the holidays and my glasses broke unexpectedly so it was a charge I wasn’t ready for and they gave me such a big blessing! Have been going here for years and I will continue to give them my service! Especially the grove city location ❤️

Great place with some great prices. Tahrea was super helpful in explaining my insurance benefits and how much I would need to pay out of pocket. She was positive and upbeat and I left the store smiling. Overall great customer experience.

Andrea was great with the high tech machinery and the eye game I got to play. Dr. Jacobs was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what was going on. Michaela was very helpful with the frames even though I found what I wanted while she grabbed more. Justin was very chill to talk to about video games while I waited to pass the time. Will go back to say hi and get my eyes checked out again.
