(October 7, 2020, 5:11 pm)I had an extremely hard time getting ahold of the girl that mixed up my appointment, but she was apologetic and compensated me for waiting over an hour for her to show up. (Text messages work better than leaving a message on the answering machine) I must say that if it wasn't for the gal being genuinely sorry, my review would have been a lot less, I hope they realize how important it is to have good employees!
