(December 30, 2016, 4:48 pm)I'm giving 5 stars because I can't give 7. I recently had my car repaired at another facility, and they forgot to attach a couple of hose clamps. On the day after Christmas, my wife and I packed everything up to make a trip to Paducah to see my parents... Well, the hoses popped off. I reattached them, and fixed the claps, but the damage was done. The thermostat was blown.
I got a tow to the AutoCare Center in Troy, but they were closed. I waited overnight, called first thing in the morning, and was given reassurance that they would do their best - and they did a really good job! They got my car done in a very reasonable amount of time with the highest level of professionalism. If I'm ever in the area again and I have a need for any automotive work, I'll be coming here.
