Regina has booked vacations for us since 2015. We've been to Tower Isle in Jamaica, Iberostar at Cozumel (two times), Punta Cana, Puerto Vallarta, the Bahamas, and most recently Hotel Xcaret in Mexico. I always tell her where I want to go, if I want Adults Only or am taking the kids and the price limit I have, and she and Duane work tirelessly to get the price match I want. The best thing of all is that "if" anything goes wrong, and the ONLY time anything went wrong was in the Bahamas, she handles it! We didn't get the room we were promised at the hotel in the Bahamas. I texted Regina about it and she was on the phone to their corporate offices. We ended up getting special treatment and bookings at the restaurants, some excursions, and some very nice treatment from the staff after she took care of it. I didn't have to go and argue with anyone or stress on MY VACATION. That was the BEST PART! She handled it all! I got the same price I would have gotten on Funjet or whatever, but I got the services of E4 Travel to take care of any heartaches. A win-win situation for us! Regina knows that I love the beach and my husband loves to scuba dive, so she looks for places that meet our criteria and price. We did a family vacation to the Hotel Xcaret in Mexico in June, and it was fabulous! We would have never known about it if Regina hadn't told us. It was newly opened in December of 2017, and eight parks were included. It had great rooms, breathtaking views and it was very kid friendly. It was full, but yet it wasn't crowded and we could go to the little lagoon and be totally alone in the calm water with the kids, or go to the pool, or go to the beach. Anyway, it was fabulous, and we wouldn't have even known about it if Regina hadn't hooked us up. I have nothing bad to say about E4 Travel. They've been good to our family since 2015.
