Quest Diagnostics Troy IL-Employer Drug Testing Not Offered

I had to have labs drawn for my 10 month old. Came here based on the reviews. We had 3 panels and I kid you not, we were in and out in 10 minutes! I wish I could remember the technician's name, but she was so kind and put my Mama heart at least. Quick and easy process. Would recommend them to anyone!

If I could, I would give this place 10 stars. Michelle is absolutely amazing. I've been coming here for a few years and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. She's super friendly and keeps me calm as I'm not a fan of having blood drawn. I'm amazed on how good she is at it. It has never hurt and she nails it every time. I'm always in and out and never had to wait very long. I hope she never leaves!

I am a 2x kidney transplant recipient and have to get blood draws regularly. After my second kidney last year, I was made to go into Quest a week after my surgery to get blood done, as home health was not set up. Michelle was the one who drew my blood. So sweet, very kind, and was really nice to talk to. I do not go to any other Quests, except when im forced. Blood draws are always timely, and I'm in and out.

Unfortunately, some people don't understand that some people (like myself) are not easy to get blood from!! It takes a few sticks. Getting upset with the employees literally does nothing, and telling them you're going elsewhere, after you've been a pain is only hurting yourself. You need them. Can you draw your own blood?

But I digress.

I have had several blood draws with Michelle at the Troy Quest Lab. She is professional & thorough. She had a question regarding what the paper orders said, and what was showing up electronically. She immediately phoned my doctor's office to confirm the orders. Her caring personality is such that it puts one at ease in what could be a stressful time.

Love this place! One poke, and they get all the blood they need for the tests my doctors order. Friendly staff and always quick!
