(January 27, 2023, 8:16 am)We had a tasting and the food was phenomenal!!! He worked with us within the budget we had and was very transparent about prices. Unfortunately due to military issues, we had to cancel but if there is ever a party, graduation or wedding in the future, we will be calling the Food Dude! Highly recommend!
(March 13, 2020, 2:24 pm)I ate here for the first time today during lunch. I had heard great reviews about the food and portion sizes and finally got the chance to try it out myself. I had the shrimp po boy and let me tell you, it was one of the best i believe I've ever had. It was grilled instead of fried and was beyond delicious. My kids had the chicken fingers and a cheeseburger and they cleaned their plates, which is an unusual occurrence. I now, can't wait to get back in there to try something else. I would highly recommend this place if you're ever in the area.
I also got the chance to meet the chef and owner, Patrick. He was beyond nice and made us feel very welcome and appreciated. Again, this place is a must stop if you're nearby. I promise, you won't be disappointed!
(February 28, 2020, 5:19 pm)The Food Dude and Catering in Marine, IL has great tasting food the hamburgers are great!!! You have to try the pizza it is AWESOME !!! The food is fresh (not frozen like alot of restaurants) and made to order. The staff is awesome and friendly beautiful completely remodeled inside and out. Kid friendly and a great place for family/friends/group gatherings.
(December 14, 2019, 1:27 pm)Excellent food! Burgers were done to medium perfection. Buns, fresh and toasted golden brown and a side of crispy, deliciously, seasoned fries are included. Service was friendly and perfect! Claire was attentive without hovering!
The pumpkin pie! OMG! SMOOTH, CREAMY, WITH A HOMEMADE CRUST!!!!! AND home made whipped cream. Need I say more??????
