Terra Properties

For 6 years I've rented from Terra, this has been my first apartment. While mine is income based, once I reached the ceiling limit on rent it has still been a bargain. My apartment was newly updated when I moved in, and pre pandemic any issues I had were repaired quickly. During the pandemic, only ER issues were repaired, which I understand, and appreciate their responsibility towards tenants and employees. When I visit the office, I'm always greeted and helped by the nicest lady. My property manager Marissa has always been responsive and helpful, from assisting with unit repairs, to minor issues with neighbors. When I let her know I was looking for a bigger space, she was diligent in helping. I'm looking forward to renting at another location with a company I trust.

Without question, I have seen Terra Properties help people build a foundation of responsibility and consistency that has carried beyond their tenancy with Terra Properties.

Staff can be kind, patient and they have a heart and compassion for their tenants and families. Ms. Laurie is a prime example.

I have watched young (and older) family and friends enjoy wonderful service and peaceful, quiet living with Terra Properties.

I moved into a Terra Properties apartment in Highland, IL in July of 2017, and I love it. The one bedroom apartments are just the right size for a single person or a couple, and the two bedroom apartments can easily accommodate a young family of four. Terra Properties is also quick to fix anything that may need fixing, or replaced. And the maintenance men & women are very courteous and knowledgeable about all aspects of the apartment buildings. And I must mention that the women at the Highland, IL Terra Properties office are very professional, and do what they can to exponentially help rectify any problems that may arise.
