(August 23, 2019, 9:08 pm)So I bought a new faucet for our claw foot tub online and having worked with similar expected it to just plug and play in 30 minutes...I was wrvong. My oversight regarding the size of the connection to my nice chrome water supply lines left me with a problem. After failures at Home Depot and Lowe's I stepped it up to faithful and reputable plumbing supply companies. After two more failures I was recommended to Ty-Cour. Bob Creed worked with me over the phone and with photy I provided and he configured a custom connection that did the job. I give Ty-Cour my highest rating and now know ehere to go first instead of fifth. If you have an issue start there.
