“We went for dinner at 5pm on a Saturday night, first time visit. By the time we left, there were probably 30 people waiting for a table, so get there early! The salsa was fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, we got the bottom of the bag of chips in both of our baskets and our cheese dip was cold, both minor issues in my opinion. We ordered the burrito shrimp fajita and shrimp chimichanga and they were both a perfect 10. The shrimp were perfect and there were plenty of them! All ingredients were fresh and delicious. The margaritas were also a perfect 10. Prices were fair. The atmosphere and staff were great, and we will be back!”

“I would have rated the food higher were it not for the lack of accompanying sides. A place said to be known for its fish, it could do with having malt vinegar available. Add to that that you can have any hot sauce you want, so long as you only want either red or green Tabasco. Me, I hate Tabasco. The fish was tasty with generous portions. Expect a huge serving of fries to show up. The person with us who got the Mac & cheese stated that it was the creamiest they have ever gotten at any food service. Our server was a delight. I was cold inside, so dress accordingly.”

“Darned good burgers!!!! Super friendly and fun staff. Brought my little girls (9&7) here one day for a late lunch around 2;00pm. They’re picky little eaters who never finish anything. They CONSUMED every drop!!! My big Double King loaded up was sooooo good. I could smell the grill the whole time we ate outside. I felt like I stepped back into the late 80’s. Meat was amazing, fries HOT, shakes creamy. Heck, their homemade root beer was even epic. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve eaten in over a decade….will absolutely be back!!!!!!! THANK YOU!”

“Emily did an AMAZING job on my hair. She took my washed out boring color to an amazing blue and purple balayage with some fun tinsel throughout! She also trimmed up my dead ends! She was so personable and knowledgeable and gave me so much advice on how to make my color last longer! Overall this was an amazing experience and 10/10 would recommend!”

“I went here first in May after getting facewash in my eye and being unable to open it (corneal abrasion). The staff was very nice and prompt at getting me seen and treated! I recently took my 9 yo daughter. I was in a zoom class at the time, the staff completely understood and they talked to my daughter with so much respect (I try to allow them to have autonomy with their healthcare). It was an over all a great experience.”

“They are absolutely the best! Jason & ‘The Gang’ couldn’t be nicer! I really needed that after trying to get a wheelchair through the local store in Alton. They lost my script, never got the correct paperwork from Drs office & then brought me the wrong wheelchair. It took a few months for all of this to happen. I called Med West & they had me a new chair within 2 weeks. Assured me if I need anything else I know where to go! Being disabled is hard enough of a physical & mental challenge without having to worry about getting the correct medical tools to help me. I can’t thank them enough for doing such a quick, great job in a timely manner. I know where to shop now for all my medical supply needs. Jason said that if I need anything, to let them know & they will do their best to find it for me. Can’t see myself using anyone else but Medical West in East Alton, IL”

“Including the gal I spoke to, on a Sunday, to choose frames and make an appointment for an exam, everyone I encountered in this store was friendly and helpful. Dr. Bradford listened to my concerns about the distance part of my, then current, prescription and said that it did need adjustment. I was skeptical but was so pleasantly surprised when I went outside, and could see VERY CLEARLY, the signs across the parking lot and road from the store! THANK YOU SO MUCH!”
