Rachel was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Dr. Courtney explained everything in depth and answered any questions I had. No feeling of being rushed or like I was a burden. Scheduled my appointment to come back to get my braces put on and they did everything possible to work with my schedule. But, they even go further to deepen patient relationships to ensure understanding and comfortability is common place. I went in for an exam this morning and had a pleasant experience. The receptionist wished me good morning, the registration person had an fun, and welcoming attitude, and the person carrying out my testing was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and all-around awesome. If I could give six stars, I would give seven.
