“We have already been to Gateway Little Smiles several times for my son and have had nothing but great experiences, but my daughter had her first visit today, and the staff was perfect. I didn't catch the name of the dental hygienist that worked with her, but she was amazing, she put my daughter at ease and used a lot of positive reinforcement and made it such a fun experience. I can't imagine taking my children anywhere else.”

“So far have had a great experience with everyone at this practice. From the start I felt very comfortable with this practice. Although you should be prepared for a lengthy hold to schedule an appointment, the woman who I spoke to on the phone to schedule my appointment was very nice and helpful. I have Medicaid for pregnant women through community first and she worked with me to find a doctor at the location I preferred and a woman doctor upon my request. I was placed with Dr. Heather Caddell who just made me feel so comfortable during my appointment, especially since I was nervous as this is my first pregnancy. The ladies in the office were very nice and prompt. I got there early to fill out paperwork and was taken back to a room as soon as I was finished with the paperwork. The appointment was quicker than I expected but completely thorough. So far I feel extremely lucky to have found this office and that they accept my insurance. Thank you!”
