I was with them for 8 years, and they never cared about my issues let alone fixed their ATM! Switching to PNC was so easy, and their employees are very helpful. Their checking/savings accounts are so much easier to access, and I like the options they provide for bill pay, it makes budgeting so much easier. They also allow you to opt out of overdraft fees which is nice. BoA charged them like it was fun and you had no option of declining pending payments. Takes a lot of stress off my shoulders. I’m not super intense, don’t really care about finishing first, not great at lifting heavy and can barely do a regular push-up. I love Ten Twenty because I feel like the coaches push me but I’m not forced to anything I’m not comfortable doing, they give EVERYONE individualized attention and not just the super fit people (like other CrossFit gyms I’ve tried), I’m actually learning stuff and getting stronger!! The coaches know what they’re talking about and everyone is super nice, I’ve been a member for about five months and I’m hooked!! Highly recommend!”
