They always have what I'm looking for and the prices aren't as steep as some other local grocery stores. They lost my script, never got the correct paperwork from Drs office & then brought me the wrong wheelchair. It took a few months for all of this to happen. I called Med West & they had me a new chair within 2 weeks. Assured me if I need anything else I know where to go! Being disabled is hard enough of a physical & mental challenge without having to worry about getting the correct medical tools to help me. I can’t thank them enough for doing such a quick, great job in a timely manner. I know where to shop now for all my medical supply needs. Jason said that if I need anything, to let them know & they will do their best to find it for me. Can’t see myself using anyone else but Medical West in East Alton, IL”
