“The store seems to have changed to more of a clothing store. That had apparel for men, women, and kids. I've found the clothing to be cut small. The employees are really nice. On my last visit there were several "house challenged" men hanging around outside. Aside from that, it's a nice place to shop.”

“I might be a little suspect, because I am a cooking aficionado, but I really love this store. The employees here are so nice and really give you as much or as little attention you may want. They have a whole section of fine infused olive oils and balsamic vinegar, I recommend the truffle oil, we have it on pepperoni pizza, its divine. They also have a lot of different options of gourmet popcorns that are to die for. Highly recommend this place.”

By using inspiration pictures and rough measurements we emailed her, she was able to get an idea of exactly what we hoped for from the list of changes we wanted. From the start, her demeanor was kind and respectful. Her excitement helped keep us excited through the whole process. She communicated often about design plans, ordering materials, and scheduling installation; and if there was ever a delay with something she immediately contacted us with an apology and explanation. We were grateful to be able to visit RKM's showroom with Vicki and see the materials in person that were to be used. It really helped give us a real life visual of the digital plan Vicki drafted for us. The contractors who installed everything were just as professional and friendly as Vicki. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome of our bright new kitchen and are thankful we trusted RKM, Vicki, and the contractors who helped us with such a large project.
