“Outstanding service. I had read Matt’s review beforehand. During check out, Nicklaus went over the refueling process on diesel trucks. It was fantastic and almost too thorough. He even used props to show me what to do. Lol. Brilliant! By the time we walked around the truck and showed me again how to refuel it, I knew exactly what he was talking about. Not too mention all the warning signs that were posted even by the drop box. Great experience. Great personal touch. I was even given the owner’s personal cell number if I needed any more help on the road.”
