(September 7, 2018, 12:55 pm)On Sunday (Labor Day weekend) our Air Conditioner decided to freeze up and since this was the 2nd time in 2 weeks we decided it was most likely going to need to be replaced. We called Master Tech and spoke with the Owner (Ryan) who answered immediately considering it was a Sunday and a holiday at that.
Ryan was not only able to replace my AC Unit the following morning on Labor Day, he had a crew of 4 people come out in the driving rain to get the job done.
There were no extra fees or hike up rates and the job was completed within hours.
My husband and I were amazed and grateful for their hard work and efficiency in getting the job done.
We had air back within hours and it was perfect timing since we were getting hit with hot weather and high humidity.
If you ever need great quick service call them, we were very pleased. -

They got right to work finding out issues breaking down what isn't the problems with my ac and let me know what I needed to replace and the cost which was very decent. When it was all said and done they did an awesome job at a good price. Thank you guys ????????

(May 30, 2018, 1:13 pm)Such quick service, got all the parts ordered and installed in 2 days, even over the holiday weekend! Couldn’t be happier. Excellent work and no mess left behind! The ac works better than ever! Owner was a great help, very nice, with a lot of good suggestions and advice. Also was very patient with our indecisiveness of everything we wanted to replace. The rest of the staff was also great! I will definitely use them in the future!
