    Starting at a new gym/class can be tough and intimidating, but at TMMA, they are very welcoming and encouraging! They motivate you to keep going and check in to see how you are doing along the way. It's a family owned business and they treat you like part of the family. You'll definitely get stronger and laugh along the way.

    My mom and I took the self-defense workshop last year. it was our first time at the gym and first time at a self-defense class. The workshop was absolutely fantastic and the owners were even better. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, his wife and his 2 daughters. Highly recommend this gym. Clean and safe facility.

    Tony and Jennifer are incredibly nice people. They will work with you if you have a previous injury by recommending a different exercise. Do the Kettlebell class: fast, fun and efficient.Lot's of energy in this place and no judgement.

    Doing a workout is hard, but it helps tremendously when you have a couple of great instructors. Jen and Tony are just that. A great workout targeting different muscles, with great people. Highly recommended!
