    It has been ridiculously cold here this week in Illinois. Our old furnace broke down. These wonderful people from Approved Comfort have done an awesome job of replacing our furnace. Thank you so much! You guys are rockstars!!!

    initially had a problem on a Fall Service call and Approved Comfort said they would send their "best guy" to make sure all was well. They sent Nick and this guy was fantastic. Fixed my issue with a creative low-cost solution. Had him back out a couple weeks later to look at my humidifier, which had not worked for 2 years - now it's running great! Great tech and great company

    Had an A/C “emergency” this summer and VERY HAPPY I called Approved Comfort. They provided me with plenty of options for a new unit and the knowledge to make the right choice without any pressure to buy the most expensive system. Their prices were excellent compared to other companies in my area and there were no hidden fees. The quoted price is exactly what I paid. Installation went smooth. Technician was professional and kept us updated with his progress. The house is COLD again!! Customer Service has been great. I highly recommend Approved Comfort.
