(December 4, 2018, 5:14 pm)I have never had such a wonderful customer service experience where I felt so focused on and taken care of. The owner personally walked me through every step of the process of understanding the repair and eventual necessary replacement of my snowboard, properly getting sized for bindings, and further improving my understanding of my equipment by teaching me proper care and waxing techniques necessary to get the most longevity out of my gear. When asked why he would help someone take business away from himself by teaching me to do it instead of having the store do the work, he said it was more important to him that I better discover and grow my craft and become more in-tune with my equipment to further enhance my love for the sport. That’s true service right there! You’ve got a forever customer for sure!
