“We shopped around at local carpet stores when we replaced all the carpet in our home.We were able to purchase a high weight nylon carpet at a considerable savings. Home Depot send a measuring person out. We then returned to store to make final purchase based on the measurement and paid for the installers to move all the furniture as well.They use a sub contractor company for the carpet installation and did a very nice job. BEWARE!!! sub contractors gouged a large piece of furniture and we noted that on the receipt.Home Depot Crystal Lake, store personal resolved the issue over a couple months. I'm very happy we had Home Depot behind us. Because the sub contractor company they use would not return one phone call .”

“Moved to Crystal Lake almost two years ago. I bought a fixer-upper. I started shopping at Menards but the Generic tools kept falling apart and the last time I went the clerk was a bit rude and wouldn't exchange/refund the broken tool. I started going to Home Depot. They are always friendly to me & take a sincere interest in my projects which are many. The Electrical guy spent a great deal of time helping me with my ceiling fan & light. He also spent a long time explaining the wiring, conduit, etc.The woman in paint is always cheerful and knowledgeable when it comes to the mural I'm putting in one room. The garden center was very nice and helpful the first year when I planted my arbor vitae trees. I have had a few times where I knew where the part was better than the employee but I was in the store nearly every day the first year. I did have a little trouble renting a floor sander but they definitely compensated me & smoothed things out. ”

“This is a nice hotel in a nice location. There is a bar here and there are a lot of good food places nearby. The room was in good shape, but during at the desk messy to the window, the temperature would seeing quite a bit in the winter weather. The glass seems to let a lot of cold air in to the room, and the heater would run often. The bathroom was nice and large, but definitely dated. I was surprised that there was no fridge or microwave in the rooms...this was a slight annoyance and there was a card in the room saying that I could rent these items.”

It was easy to find right off of Three Oaks Rd., there was plenty of parking as well as handicap parking, and the staff are all very friendly. Everything was prepared in detail ahead of our arrival. The minor typos in some of the closing documents were quickly corrected with an apology.”

These two ladies have gone above and beyond to assist me in every aspect of my rehabilitation. My first encounter was with Michelle K she answered the phone when I called and made my first appointment as she runs the office, instead of just booking me with whomever was available she listened to my concerns and placed me with whom I to believe is an angel on earth Dani A (my therapist) While Dani A has single handedly saved my life (because she’s a rockstar) it’s the atmosphere that Michelle provides that makes me look forward to coming to my appointments they both treat me with respect and compassion and it’s because of their kindness that I continue to get better.
