I just would like to share my experience as a tourist. It was amazing and the conductors are very nice and helpful can't compare to what we have in my country! I needed to get to where I needed to be in no time. Wonderful.

When you show up and park, remember the number at the end of your stall. Make sure you have 2dollars for parking. If you don't have 2 dollars there is an atm inside the station. As for the tickets, go inside the train and just sit with your cash, about $20 for two people, and wait for the conductor to approach you. Then you'll pay for what you need. The seats are flippable for you and friends to sit together. The ride was comfortable, it was busy even at 8am and 5pm

I think it is nice to have a train to take thru IL to the City. The conductors are very nice and helpful. It's to bad the trains station closed and ticket prices are quite high. But overall, it's a great way to get around without the hassle of driving.
