Dr. Bob and his staff are absolutely incredible. Expertly professional and also truly caring. My girlfriend has never experienced the level of relief, expert advice, and careful treatment that Dr. Bob and the whole staff provide.
Because he listened to her, he was able to recognize that she needed an MRI on her cervical vertebrae when three other doctors (a fibromyalgia specialist, a pain specialist, and her family doctor) repeatedly said that MRI was unnecessary. Turned out, she had spinal stenosis, bone spurs pressing against her spinal dura, and degenerative disc disorder in 90% of her cervical vertebrae area.
She is now receiving appropriate care, not only from Dr. Bob and his team, but from her other doctors as well. Thank you!
My mother and I went to see Dr. Robert Gerken for the first time today. We both had wonderful treatments here. The doctor and staff are so very caring and nice. I would highly recommend this Chiropractor and staff. The office was very clean as well as the treatment rooms. We feel like a million bucks after being treated here!!!! We will be back!!
