  I agree with the fellow (Glenn) that wanted to give them six stars! They were efficient, pleasant to work with, went the extra mile when returning the furniture to the room (I wanted things shifted around), always punctual, gave us a time frame and adhered to it. They showed concern for us limiting our inconvenience.
  
  Besides the excellent installation the price was right, we didn't have to pay a middle man as they furnished the materials, installation labor, and old carpeting removal.
  
  The product, "Green Touch; Amber Acacia; Vinyl" looks and feels wonderful. We replaced the carpeting in all four bedrooms and closets upstairs.
  
  I am extremely satisfied with the completed project and highly recommend doing business with John & Tom at Complete Floor Coverings.

  Our new flooring looks fantastic! John is extremely knowledgeable from his many years in the business. He has a good eye and helped us choose the perfect floor coverings for our home (3 rooms upstairs and the basement). Listen to him. He knows his stuff.
  
  The gentlemen doing the install were simply superb. Eliseo installed the vinyl planking in the basement. Super fast install, yet with picky attention to detail. Tom (a partner in the business) and Casey did the hardwood and carpet install. I cannot tell you how fabulous these guys are. They are very skilled and superb craftsmen. I'm especially happy about the fact that they were able to level the transition to the existing tile so we no longer need the annoying "bump" in the doorways. They come in and get the job done, and won't leave until you are 110% satisfied. Ended up completely redoing the new finish on the hardwood because my husband and I had caused a deep scratch trying to drag the heavy furniture back into the room. Not only did they fix our mistake, but they moved that heavy furniture back in for us! Tom has a commanding knowledge of every aspect of the install from all of his years in the business. The carpet looks great, and the hardwood is just beautiful. Thanks guys for a job well done!

  I actually bought a room-sized carpet and had it bound about 2 years ago. Now I am selling my house in the spring and decided to carpet the downstairs and this was the first place I thought of because of the great prices, and even more, because of their great customer service. If my new house needs carpet this will be the first place I check out!
  I saw that you could rate them while looking up their number and decided to do so!

  We had CFC refinish our hardwoods and they installed new carpet..the installers were amazing! They were professional and did top of the line work. Other contractors who were at our residence at the same time as them were even impressed. They were very easy to work with and our floors look brand new!

  John and his crew had replaced my basement carpet after water damage .His crew members are true professionals, very clean and using old shool trade secrets have done an amazing job ,it's really hard to find company that keeps working until everything is done just right,way to go many Thanks ,I will recommend your Company to all of my Clients.
