  Speechless!!! Beyond amazing people and service!!!! DEFINITELY THE PLACE TO GO!???? Marti, Michelle, Natalie and Jeanna have all went above and beyond to guarantee us we get on going with our bike. They answered all of our questions, help up get set up and worked really hard to assure us we are were satisfied with our purchase. They TRULY work hard and make you feel like family! Never did we feel pressured or rushed, in fact they offered us water/coffee and popcorn while we waited!! The facility is breathtaking very oraganized and clean, staff in the clothing section is outstandingly nice especially Jeanna THANK YOU JEANNA for your help! The moment you walk in we get greeted with a very welcoming friendly smile! We head toward to Natalie oh so friendly shows us our bike she went into details and tips on the bike. THANK YOU NATALIE! Martie is out for now but we truly hope he feels better, THANK YOU MARTI for the help!! They very well maintain their bikes clean and are taken care of properly. Michelle helped us out with the paperwork and she WOW went above and beyond with our financing! Truly worked with us, she was very fun and friendly. Patient and organized got us all set to go! The service here is what we need more of and the people are just OUTSTANDING!!!! ???? THANK YOU Mchenry Harley Davidson. Will be definitely coming back soon!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE????

  My first experience with McHenry's Harley Davidson was fantastic. I've been looking for a Breakout for months. I am very particular about my vehicles and was not disappointed when Marty shared with me that the bike was in fantastic shape. I've heard that before, from other dealers, he was spot on. The bike was in great shape and ready for my inspection when I arrived. The sales process from my initial phone call through sale closure was of the utmost in professionalism and efficiency. Michelle, in Finance, had all my paperwork prepared when I came back to the store, with no surprises. The entire experience was top notch and would highly recommend anyone looking for a bike, to reach out and give them a chance to earn your business.

  The greatest Harley dealer I've ever been to. Doug Jackson the owner is the greatest. He knows customer service. And so do his employees. Great guy. Great place.

  I was not thrilled the first time I had service done at this dealer about 1 1/2 years ago. That makes it even more impressive how happy I am I gave them another try. They did everything they could to win my business back and are great to deal with. I am a chapter member at another dealer but will continue to use McHenry for service. Thanks to Garret and Keith for their help.

  I have been riding for over 40 years and recently had hip replacement surgery. I was having a difficult time getting on a trike that I was considering for purchase and here comes this guy out of nowhere to help me get on it. He told me his wife had the same surgery and he recognized the way I moved was the same as his wife trying to get on her trike. We talked for a while and then he told me he is the owner of the dealership. I don't know about everyone else but I have never had an owner of any business help me so much and seemed genuinely sincere. This is a place you want to be when you think about motorcycle's. This place is the best and after checking other stores I see they also have really good prices too. Check it out you'll be happy you did. One more note, the owner also called me at home a few days later to if I was alright and ask if there was anything else he could do for me. You might not think much of that but he has more than one location and many other managers and staff that could do that for him but he took time out of his busy day to make the call himself. What do you think?
