“Bethany is the leader of an amazing pack at this location, to which she deserves much credit. I will go out of my way when I move to still travel here for any of my account needs. If my choice is to drive an hour or call customer service, I'll spend the time and gas to avoid the issues that are inevitable on every call to customer service. One more and I'd want to switch service lol. She has by far been the best example of what excellent customer service should be that I have seen since Cellular One was still on it's own in IL. She has exemplified on every visit a wonderful personality, great knowledge, patience, and a supportive and motivational environment for her staff. You can see this reflected in their knowledge, confidence, and personable approaches. I have confidence in working with anyone on her team. She recently received a promotion, and I am glad she was recognized. I haven't seen someone who has been more deserving in a long time! “Posted by Andrew Boeddeker - I have an almost 23 year old Troy Bilt Snow Thrower that needed new auger pads. The snow thrower works great, started right up after two or three years of non use, during our blizzard on Sunday but was a bit rough as the pads were worn and needed replacing. Checked with MTD, they were out of the parts, checked online and McHenry Power Equipment by far had the best price. Ordered after 1:30 p.m. on Monday and they were delivered at 4:50 p.m. on Tuesday in Lee’s Summit, MO, a suburb of Kansas City. Great price, great service, quick delivery and reasonable shipping charge. I would recommend them to anyone needing lawn equipment parts. Too bad they don’t have Honda parts...”
