“We dropped off a one-way rental and loaded a storage unit. The return process was quick and painless. The storage facility is unique (at least in our experience). The building is a former Wal-Mart store with the huge interior divided with standard storage units. The split the building into two zones. Heated and heated/cooled. Because it is all built indoors, the ceiling of the units are made from heavy wire fencing and roll up doors. The facility is clean and well lit. The most amazing feature is the indoor loading/unloading area. There are 3 car size bays and 3 truck (think largest U-Haul truck) bays where you back completely inside to work, so weather is no excuse for getting to your unit. Ample carts supplied and the doors on each unit are alarmed. You turn the alarm on/off by swiping your card.”

However today was the first time that I presented an award I received from BBW to the associate & from that point on both ladies working were short & seemed put out with me. When I checked out & said, "Have a nice evening" she responded with "yep I'm going to try". First negative experience & not really sure why I only asked for clarification on a $16.50 award because I could not find an item that was exactly that amount, so I asked if 2 cheaper items totaling $14 would be accepted. Usually the girls that work here are very friendly, but not today ????”

“Who knew video rental places were still a thing? Step back into the mid-90s and get your dad jeans ready because this place has it all (nearly). Overall the staff is quick to help and always friendly toward customers. They have a ridiculous video selection and even feature a "hetero normative" adult section (leaves room for development). They generally carry any and all titles that are recent and popular. It is NOT the best place to find obscure movies or off the beaten path documentaries. However, you will find nearly anything mainstream pretty easily, save for Fido (2006). A movie costs about 2 bucks to rent and they offer a lot of BOGO offers for older classic films. Call ahead and see if they have what you are looking for and feel the 90s vibes as you step into a real life brick and mortar video store. Seek out "Dan" he is the sweetest guy there.”
