“Bethany is the leader of an amazing pack at this location, to which she deserves much credit. I will go out of my way when I move to still travel here for any of my account needs. If my choice is to drive an hour or call customer service, I'll spend the time and gas to avoid the issues that are inevitable on every call to customer service. One more and I'd want to switch service lol. She has by far been the best example of what excellent customer service should be that I have seen since Cellular One was still on it's own in IL. She has exemplified on every visit a wonderful personality, great knowledge, patience, and a supportive and motivational environment for her staff. You can see this reflected in their knowledge, confidence, and personable approaches. I have confidence in working with anyone on her team. She recently received a promotion, and I am glad she was recognized. I haven't seen someone who has been more deserving in a long time! I can't say Sprint has been the phone service I have had, but I can say that Bethany has made the transition and obstacles worth it enough to stay.
