“They were amazing! No one would help us- 8 days without hot water or heat because of gas leaks- B-N-K Plumbing came out first thing in am and fixed everything the same day! They did not have to remove 30 foot of piping through the foundation like 2 other companies said, which saved everyone time and money. They were professional, fast, thorough, polite, and cleaned up after. Will use them again!!”

“We had cushions remade in the original style for our MCM chair. Jennifer is so much fun to work with, they're both real people who understand real life. They allowed us to check out multiple books of fabric and test the colors in all of our light. Then, when we chose, they fit our small job in during other large jobs rather than making us wait for a firm start/finish date. Even though we moved away from the area, I brought our project to them and I am not sorry. The quality of the fabrics and work is fabulous and we expect to have this chair forever. I'll never be wary of a flea or estate sale find again since I know I can have this quality of work to return my find to its original state. “We dropped off a one-way rental and loaded a storage unit. The return process was quick and painless. The storage facility is unique (at least in our experience). The building is a former Wal-Mart store with the huge interior divided with standard storage units. The split the building into two zones. Heated and heated/cooled. Because it is all built indoors, the ceiling of the units are made from heavy wire fencing and roll up doors. The facility is clean and well lit. The most amazing feature is the indoor loading/unloading area. There are 3 car size bays and 3 truck (think largest U-Haul truck) bays where you back completely inside to work, so weather is no excuse for getting to your unit. Ample carts supplied and the doors on each unit are alarmed. You turn the alarm on/off by swiping your card.”

However today was the first time that I presented an award I received from BBW to the associate & from that point on both ladies working were short & seemed put out with me. When I checked out & said, "Have a nice evening" she responded with "yep I'm going to try". First negative experience & not really sure why I only asked for clarification on a $16.50 award because I could not find an item that was exactly that amount, so I asked if 2 cheaper items totaling $14 would be accepted. Usually the girls that work here are very friendly, but not today ????”
