Everyone in the company provided A1 service from our first interaction with the office lady (sorry I don't remember her name), Charlie the estimator, Brian the scheduler and Luis and his crew that completed the job, it was impeccable. They completed our home tear-down and re-roof in one day. Nice people too and they're patriotic based upon signage we've seen posted by their Johnsburg facility. “Amazing service. Sadly I can't recommend Huemann any higher than 5 stars because they deserve it. Steve came out and fixed an issue I had w/ my softener. I noticed I still had an issue so I called back and ended up speaking to Joe (the owner) on a Saturday. He recommended a few things to try that did not help. They send Matt on Monday who determined that I'm an idiot and I had a water filter somehow causing the issue. We bypassed as a test and sure enough problem. solved. The cost for the return trip due to my incompetence? $0. I surely miss the small independently owned/operated service businesses of the past. “After noticing our house which is 25 years old was no longer heating up as it should and as the weather was getting colder I decided to call Dave from Gotsch Heating and Cooling. This was on a Saturday. Dave answered polity and was on his way out for his personal time being it was a Saturday. He said I'll just stop by now and take a look. He was here I think within a 1/2 hour. Dave assessed the problem which we figured was going to be a new furnace and is was. We were put us on his schedule for Monday. He was here promptly with all the tools he needed and got straight to work. I would check in here and there asking questions and he carefully explained what he was doing and why. His attitude was cheerful and knowledgeable. At no time did I feel he was rushing or unprepared. Dave did a great job and we are very happy and warm with our new heater. I also feel confident in referring Dave and his company Gotsch Heating and Cooling to others. In fact I did. Last year after our son needed work done on a rehab and calling 4 other companies who each he told him times of a week to two with pricing that was outrageous I gave him Dave's number. My son and his wife said he did great work and was punctual and very fairly priced. Our family is very happy with Gotsch Heating and Cooling services. We recommend him at a 5 star rating.
