“The doctors and staff are incredible. My dear 12-year-old cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes, and at the same time I was scheduled for surgery. They let me leave him with them, taking care of his special needs, for more than a week, including coming in on the weekend to feed him and administer his medications. They even let him out of the cage for “play time” regularly to make him feel more at home. I cannot say enough about these wonderful people.”

“I have never been a big Dodge or Ram fan, but I have several friends who love their Rams and Jeeps. I HATE car buying. I am not a wheeler-dealer or a 'squeeze here or there' kind of person. Give me your best deal, up front, and lets have an honest conversation. I got that here. My family and I went into the dealership on several occasions to talk to Mark about trucks we saw. During those visits, we fell in love with the Rams. After working with Mark over the course of almost a month on trying to find the right Ram, Mark found one for my family. It is perfect. Over the month of working with Mark, I kept apologizing because he spent time with us to help us find the right truck for us. He never made us feel like we were wasting his valuable time. He never pressured us into a vehicle 'just to get the sale'. If Mark was not able to help (because he was on vacation), Brian was there to help out. “I, shamefully, will admit that it's been years since I've gone to the dentist because of a horrible experience I had elsewhere; so, I've had a bunch of anxiety built up around the idea of visiting any offices. However, after my sister began visiting Family Roots Dentistry, I realized I should give it a go too. And, well, I knew I was at the right place as soon as I stepped in. Once I entered the door the receptionists greeted me right away. They were absolutely wonderful and calmed my anxiety down by giving me an outline of the general visit I would be having. Most importantly, my wait wasn't long at all and the staff was attentive the entire time. In fact, the staff in general was amazing. They calmed me down entirely and I was laughing most of the visit as well. Special thanks to Dr. Talwar as she gave me a step by step plan of what procedures would be happening and reassured me of the care they would be having on my teeth (and me)! She was absolutely wonderful, calming, and professional. I don't plan on visiting any other place. Thank you for such a great experience. I would give a million stars if I could!”

“Overall it was a pleasant and fun experience. My coworker and I were rather surprised at the different selection of treats they had. We liked the chocolate covered pretzels and the s’mores cookie the best. The other two cookies we had were kind of dry but still tasted very good. We will definitely be coming back to try more. The shop was decorated in such a fun and cute way.”
