  As I am a first time mom I knew I needed to get some information. I found MomMe Wellness in an online search and I am happy I did! Katie has been wonderful. She was so helpful during our first meeting and has made herself available to me any time. The information that Katie provided armed me before I had my baby girl. I had actually been given some conflicting information in the hospital that just didn't feel quite right so I used what I learned from Katie instead and I felt a lot more comfortable. I encourage both first time moms and experienced moms to go to MomMe Wellness.

  MomMe Wellness has been an absolute lifesaver! I am a first time mom and my son had a lip and tongue tie when he was born. The ties were corrected at 5 days old but bad habits with breastfeeding had already been formed. I was given Katie's information by one of my nurses and I am so thankful I called her! I was having a rough time with breastfeeding and latching but also just in general. Becoming a mom is overwhelming and Katie and Lesley understand that and help the mother not lose sight of herself. They helped build my confidence when it came to "momming" and the great thing is they are so sincere. They truly feel like family. I would give them hundreds of stars if I could and anyone who needs help with breastfeeding issues or just an ear to talk to MomMe Wellness is the place to go.

  MomMe Wellness is a ROCKSTAR place!!! If you need support momming in anyway, Katie and Lesley are here for you. I first met Katie the day after my first daughter was born. She helped me with some minor latching issues in the hospital. She handed my husband her card and he immediately circled her name and put her card in his wallet just in case. We weren't planning on having any problems but he loved that she was a New Yorker so he thought he should hang on to her info. A couple days later we found ourselves back in the hospital with what we were told was an emergent feeding issue. Katie helped us over the next couple weeks. She saved my dream of nursing my daughter and was very protective of my needs and wants as a mother. She helped rebuild my confidence as a mother and helped show my husband how to be supportive on our breastfeeding journey. Her support in those early days helped shape the mom I am today.
  
  Fast forward 18 months later when we were expecting our second daughter and I couldn't wait to tell Katie the news. I knew I wanted her to be part of our birth team. My daughter was born a few weeks after MomMe Wellness was born. I needed help with my birth plan and both Katie and Lesley met with me multiple times to review it. They also came to the house to help us prepare for laboring at home. With Lesley's experience as a midwife and Katie's experience as a labor and delivery nurse I felt so comforted (Lesley's soothing British accent didn't hurt). They guided me and my husband through the process.
  
  We had planned on Katie coming to the hospital for the first latch and she ended up beating us there and was with us through delivery. I had the best team because of her. She came back multiple times to check up on us. Even Lesley came to see how we were doing.
  
  I can't tell you what these women mean to me. Katie and Lesley will treat you as family and care for you like you are their only client. Their office is beautiful and peaceful and is a one-stop-shop for all things new mom. They are by far the best birthing, lactation, and new mother support team out there. They are the first people I call when I am having any concerns as a mom or with the health of my babies.

  I first went to MomMeWellness only a few short days after my son was born. I started struggling with breastfeeding as soon as I was discharged home from the hospital. Being a new mom my emotions were all over the map and I knew I needed help. The minute I walked into the office I felt so comfortable and at home. The staff has gone above and beyond to give me a place where I belong. A place where I can learn and feel uplifted. The relationship I have built has become more than just customer-company, I have friends and even people who feel like family. I initially went for help with breastfeeding and I have since gained so much more than just that. And the help never stops. I am always welcome to pop in for a quick question or concern and I still walk away from there with such peace and tranquility. I have laughed and cried, smiled and grown so much in the 7 months since I first started using the wonderful help of Katie and Lesley

  I met Catherine at the beautiful set up of MomMeWellness in Crystal lake. I sensed the warmth, love and the feeling at home immediately I met with Katherine and Lesley. Both of them are incredible women with genuine passion to help new mothers and care for the babies.
  I always love to be there. The team at MMW is very knowledgeable and hard working. I wish them all the success and love in the future!
