I want to pass along my deepest appreciation for everything the SweetFeet team does for the community. Both for their services, but also all their resourcefulness. Yoga practice has always been deeply important to me, so it was just a natural progression that prenatal yoga would, with a doubt, be part of my pregnancy. I am so thankful to have found SweetFeet, a studio that offers a variety of prenatal classes, and a supportive community of soon to be moms. My prenatal practice over these past few months certainly helped in not only a fantastic pregnancy, but also a remarkable experience during labor and delivery. I will absolutely be recommending SweetFeet to expecting mama I know!
Dana, the owner works with my girls travel softball team (McHenry County Heatwave 12u) what a way to build their self-confidence, it's team bonding, team building! Yoga has a lot to offer for any athletes. Highly recommend Sweet feet Yoga!!
I took Sweet Feet's 25 hour Kid's Yoga Teacher Training with Dana and it was amazing! I am a part t...ime yoga teacher and part time child care provider. I teach a children's class every week and since the training every aspect of this class has improved significantly!
