  If I could rate Bret and his team a 10, I would! They are WONDERFUL people to work with, they get things taken care of in a timely manner and are very responsive. The work they do is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them!

  Brett provided me with amazing service on my vehicle at the Crystal Lake location! My car had a large dent in the back bumper, but no scratches and I was hoping to find a simple, quick, and cost-effective way to pop it back into place with minimal extra damage to it. Most places I took my car to quoted me at about $650 to completely repair the bumper and offered nothing less than that, and the service had to be scheduled two weeks out.
  Brett was honest in his assessment of the vehicle's condition and mentioned that it should be fairly easy to pop the bumper back into place. He estimated that it would be about $50 to pop the bumper back into place without taking it off, but it may be closer to $200 if the bumper had to be taken off. I figured both options were better than $650, so I left my vehicle with him and he got to work on it immediately. He called me less than an hour later informing me that he was able to pop it back into place without taking the bumper off, so the total would be only $50! I appreciated his fairness and honesty, and when I picked up my vehicle, the bumper looked AMAZING! If you want incredible, honest service on your vehicle, be sure to keep Precision Body Works in Crystal Lake in mind!

  Professional, on time, and honest. I have had 3 different cars here and this is the only body shop I will use. Highly recommend with confidence that your car will look as it did off the showroom floor.

  Let me tell you something,
  This company is by far one of the best around. Brett the owner or manager in charge is a great person to work with. He is very willing to help and the work is outstanding. I would highly recommend this place for anyone with vehicle repairs. I can tell you I will return for other work to be performed on my vehicle if i ever need it, I will also tell others as well what a great job Brett did and his team. Thanks for the great service you provide!
