“I am from a small car dealership (in another state) and visited Buss for a model that I have had a hard time locating. This dealership shows other small dealers how it should be done, even though they are a very large business, everyone treated us like a nice "mom+pop" store. Immediately after the 1st hello, we were offered water/juice/etc. Random people walking around said "hello" and our salesman, Ray was incredibly nice and knowledgeable without being pushy/sign here/don't waste our time. I am probably the worst car-buying customer to have, since I am in the business, and know all the in-n-outs including financing/up-sells/packages/come back to us ploys/extra stuff to buy that people are usually scared of. These salesman were very good at letting me tell them what I want, not telling me what I need. They accepted a "NO" a couple times, and were willing to listen to what I wanted to pay, eventually leading to a "YES" number. No employee I met was an "off limits" person, meaning I got to talk to each person during each step of the process. It wasn't "Let me talk to my manager" or "my manager does/doesn't etc..." It was: Here is my manager, please explain to him your situation and see if you 2 can work something out. Overall, we got what we wanted, they got what they wanted, and we had a very pleasant experience. At no fault of Buss Ford, we spent a majority of the day there (buying the right car is NOT quick), and they made the wait as good as it can be! Thanks guys/gals.”
