  Went for our daughter's muscle problems and the staff is fantastic. They can pinpoint your issues and give you exercises to do at home.

  I had been suffering from pain in my right hip for years. I wrote it off to age and to an old injury which eventually developed in to bursitis or arthritis. Basically, I did what most people do who suffer from “white coat syndrome” I avoided treatment because I bought into the belief age superseded treatment! However, the pain became so acute I finally gave into my antiquated beliefs and sought out professional treatment. I was in the Run Shoppe when Rachael, the owner and well-known triathlete, recommended Dr. Scott Gray. She advised his specialty was physical therapy with an emphasis in sports medicine. Dr. Gray conducted a free evaluation which resulted in an immediate diagnosis. To my surprise my “self-diagnosis” of bursitis/arthritis was WRONG!! Hence, he is the certified doctor of physical therapy and I am not! Dr. Gray began muscle therapy and strengthening exercises, which has put me on the road to recovery. I have bought into a new belief – I don’t have to live with pain for the rest of my life due to my age or prior injury.
  
  Dr. Gray’s excellence lies not just in his knowledge but his patience and understanding in answering ALL questions. Also, his optimistic perspective is encouraging. Lastly Dr. Gray allowed me to share my perspective and was open to what I thought might help. Can’t say enough about his quality of care. I only wish I knew about him sooner.

  I drive from Michigan to see Dr. Sonia from Back in Motion; best wellness center and chiropractic care in the Midwest! Knowledgeable, experienced, very well trained, and KIND staff. I also tried their weight loss program which ROCKS!!!! Never gained another pound :-)
  Can't recommend it more! 10 STARS!!!

  Dr. K is and the staff at Back in Motion saved my holiday and family time! I spent 3months planning a family reunion week for 30 people, some from out of town. Needless to say it was fun but stressful. The night before it was all supposed to kick off, i sprained my neck during the night in my sleep! this was followed up with spazumz every 10minutes and constant pain. i searched around on google for a last minute appointment and found Dr K's office. They fit me right in!! Ive never been to a chiropractor before so i was a little nervous. The Staff made me feel comfortable and Dr K worked her magic fingers on my neck. I was sore, but was able to attend every family function i had scheduled. I honestly don't know how i would have made it through without Dr K. She is very passionate about her work and it shows!! I've gone once a week since then and will continue to use Dr K and Back in Motion, as well as refer her to everyone i know!!!!

  Dr. K and her staff are the best! I have used the physical therapy, acupuncture, massage and chiropractic care. The treatment I have received over the years has been given professionally and with my best interest always in mind! No matter the timing they work to get you the appointment time you need to fit your schedule. Caring, helpful and thorough medical care, the best!
